Are you in the 91%?

It's estimated that up to 91% of Australians suffer from a deviated septum.

This causes snoring, chronically congestion and inadequate airflow to the brain during sleep.

Stop suffocating your brain.

3 Simple Steps

  • Step 1: Clean

Start with a clean nose, this means giving it a wash or wiping it down with a cleansing wipe. A clean, dry surface maximises tab adhesion.

  • Step 2: Apply

Place the tabs either side of your nose, just above your nostrils. Press down for 30 seconds to ensure strong adhesion.

Everyone's nose is different. See our Find Your Perfect Fit page to find yours.

  • Step 3: Attatch

Attach your magnetic nasal strip onto the tabs. You'll know it's on securely when you hear a satisfying "click". Finally, give it a gentle pull upwards to ensure a strong connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is breathe3D for?

Everyone.

If you snore, have trouble sleeping, wake up with a dry mouth, or want to boost your workouts — try breathe3D. Trust us.

Actually, we considered ourselves pretty good at breathing through our nose—until we tried breathe3D, and realised there was a whole world of air out there that we didn’t even know we were missing. But if you do have a history of allergies, sinus infections, a deviated septum, or anything that makes it difficult for you to breathe, breathe3D may help greatly.

Will breathe3D help with snoring and sleep?

There are many different reasons why one might snore or have trouble sleeping, so we hesitate to definitively say yes to this question. However, we have thousands of users report incredible benefits to wearing breathe3D to sleep, including huge reductions or complete silence from snoring, deeper sleep, and, in some cases, even relief from sleep.

What about for my workouts?

Absolutely!

Nose breathing during physical activity is more important than you might realize. It’s proven to enhance oxygen absorption, reduce heart rate, and improve performance, among other benefits. breathe3D is designed for a wide range of sports, activities, and training routines. Whether you’re into football, yoga, or motocross, breathe3D performs exceptionally well. However, sports involving significant facial contact, like grappling, boxing, or water sports, may affect its durability.

Why breathe3D?

Why Should I Use This?

Breathing solely through your nose is scientifically proven to be more effective than mouth breathing, especially during intense physical activity. But why is “in through the nose, out through the mouth” such common advice? And why do so many of us still resort to mouth breathing? The reason is simple—most people find it nearly impossible to breathe exclusively through their nose during periods of elevated heart rate.

During sharp nasal inhales, nostrils tend to collapse, making deep, comfortable breathing a challenge. That’s where breathe3D steps in. By keeping your nasal passages open, breathe3D ensures smooth, effortless breathing, allowing you to take in all the oxygen your body needs. It’s a small but transformative upgrade to how we breathe—an evolution we’re proud to bring to life.

Why magnets?

Not Just for Looks: Why Magnets Matter

The magnetic feature of breathe3D isn’t just for show—it’s the most effective way to keep the product securely in place without relying on a single strip like standard nasal strips. We experimented with various methods, including Velcro, but magnets proved essential. The two magnets at each end of the Band connect with the dome-shaped disc inside the Tabs, creating two secure contact points on either side of your nose.

This innovative design allows the Band to stay firmly attached while maintaining a 'floating' effect over the Tabs. Since your nose moves more than you might think, this flexibility ensures the Tabs stay put while the Band adjusts naturally. We’ve put a lot of thought and care into perfecting this small yet impactful design—trust us, it’s built to perform!

How does breathe3D help?

I breathe pretty well—would this still help?

Absolutely! Even those of us at breathe3D who naturally breathe well through our noses have noticed a significant improvement using our product—we can’t imagine exercising without it. Here’s why: even with an ideal nose structure, your body may struggle to get enough oxygen during high-intensity activities. Without a nasal dilator, you can’t fully harness the benefits of nasal breathing. breathe3D is designed to open your nasal passages to their maximum capacity and maintain that openness. If traditional nasal dilators haven’t worked for you, breathe3D could be the game-changer you need. For more details, check out our Science Page!

How long does It take to see results?

Exercise:

Adapting to a new breathing method takes time. Typically, 3 to 4 full workouts with breathe3D is the sweet spot for your body to begin adjusting to nasal breathing. After this period, you’ll notice significant improvements in endurance and recovery. Consistency is key—regular use will maximize your benefits. We recommend practicing nasal breathing during a few workouts without breathe3D to build familiarity. Then, incorporate it into your routine with breathe3D for even better results. If you’ve been mouth-breathing for most of your life, be patient as your body adapts to this healthier breathing method.

Sleep:

Improving sleep quality or reducing snoring may also take time. While some people notice results immediately, others may need a few nights to experience the benefits. Your body has likely adapted to mouth breathing over time, so transitioning to nasal breathing requires adjustment. Stick with it! The more you encourage nasal breathing, the less your body will rely on mouth breathing, leading to better sleep and reduced snoring.
